This Privacy Policy describes how Lutz Creative Group, LLC ("LCG Plugins," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company, handles information in connection with the website plugins.lutzcreativegroup.com (the "Site") and our WordPress plugins, including ACF Divi Panel.
The short version
We collect very little. We don't sell your data. Purchases happen on the Divi Marketplace, so we never see your payment details. And our plugins don't track you — ACF Divi Panel sends no data to us or to anyone else.
Information we collect
Email list
If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. We use it to announce product launches and major updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future mailings. Our email list is managed by MailChimp.com, which stores this data on our behalf.
Support and contact
If you contact us for support, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, email address, and details about your website or issue. We use this information only to help you, and we retain support correspondence so we can reference past issues if you contact us again.
Analytics and server logs
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — pages visited, approximate location, browser type. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.] Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies for basic functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser; core parts of the Site will still work.
Purchases
Our plugins are sold through the Divi Marketplace, operated by Elegant Themes, Inc. When you purchase, your payment and account information is collected and processed by Elegant Themes under their own privacy policy — we never receive or store your payment card details. Elegant Themes provides us with information reasonably necessary to deliver the product and support, such as order confirmation and license status.
Our plugins
ACF Divi Panel does not collect, transmit, or "phone home" any data. It contains no telemetry, no tracking, and no external requests. The only information it stores is:
- Your chosen settings (such as panel height and colors) in your own WordPress database; and
- Your preferred tab position, saved in your own browser's local storage on your own device.
Neither ever leaves your website or your browser. If you delete the plugin, its settings are removed from your database automatically.
How we use information
We use the information described above to operate the Site, provide customer support, deliver product updates and announcements you've requested, and improve our products. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers named above (email, analytics, hosting), and only as needed for them to provide their services to us, or if required by law.
Data retention
Email addresses stay on our list until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is retained while you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterward. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA), we will honor requests as those laws require.
Children
The Site and our products are intended for professional use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
